As Chief of Staff, Aerium oversees the day-to-day operations of the Executive Staff. The staff consists of advisors and assistants to the Governor in performing his responsibilities as head of the government of the State of Ridgeway. The Chief of Staff is considered a high-ranking position whose duties are vast, and include attending all meetings of the Cabinet, Department Heads, and the State Security Council.

The Director of Communications and Press Secretary  is committed to providing accurate information about the Governor's Office and its activities to the public. This position additionally focuses on making sure the entire cabinet and department heads are putting out a clear message, every day. It is currently vacant. The State Auditor works with department leaders, Internal Affairs agencies, and the Justice Department to serve as a fallback when departments' processes fail. The State Audit Office works to ensure that public servants and citizens alike are heard by their government. He investigates the toughest cases that department officials may have passed over.

As the Director of Policy & Legislative Affairs, Arvantise focuses on generating and fielding policy ideas, scoring legislation proposed in the Senate, and advising the Governor on policy matters. Arvantise is the point of contact at the Governor's Office when you have an idea you think could benefit our state.

As the Lieutenant Governor's Chief of Staff, BharbieBoy is the Lieutenant Governor's right hand man when it comes to everything related to his office. BharbieBoy is responsible for the day-to-day upkeep of the Lieutenant Governor's Office.

As the Lieutenant Governor's Director of Legislative Affairs, insertreality serves as the coordinator for legislative affairs in the Senate. He reports directly to the Lieutenant Governor's Chief of Staff.
